Life Interrupted

Life gets interrupted with so many things, but we trudge on. Sickness is tricky because it drains you both physically and emotionally.

I’m on day 15 and just getting my head above water.

I celebrated this Friday alongside my thank you tulips, coffee, and blueberry pie. I threw caution to the wind and enjoyed myself this morning.

Everybody gets sick. It was my turn. That’s a risk of travel, and sharing over the holidays. One I will always accept. This ailment is a doozie.

But you know what? Life goes on for this writer even from my day bed. I wrote, I processed, I talked, and I slept,

I wrote a post for Masturbation Monday but will post it next week. Kayla won’t give me a hard time about using last weeks gorgeous picture.

I was interviewed for In the Know Podcast with Diann Schindler. You’ll hear that sexy voice, sickness induced.

I attended three webinars, participated in two SKYPE calls, and created a PowerPoint presentation. Wow, I did all of this while I was sick. YIKES.

I wrote two  #storyin12 stories with the words, “snake” and “chocolate.”

Snake is a character created by the genius of Oleander Plume in her novel, Horatio Slice Guitar Slayer of the Universe. If you haven’t read it, get moving. It is awesome.

Chocolate as a word prompt brought me to our working product of Chemical Sex Vol 2 Just One More. You can introduce yourself to our premise from its inception and read Chemical Sex Vol 1.

The Sisters in Smut are hard at work, polishing and putting the finishing touches on this sensual and tasty erotica experience.

It will be coming your way Spring 2019. Be on the lookout for promos introducing the stories of our authors with sexy quotes and pictures.

That’s all I have for now. I hope to continue improving and doing my regular daily work. I’m excited to host the lovely editor, Heather Whitaker this upcoming weekend.

Phew, I better get well. Y’all have a great weekend, and I’ll see you next week.

D.
