What’s Satisfaction Guaranteed Got to Do with It?

Satisfaction Guaranteed by F. Leonora Solomon is book nine in the Cards of Passion Series. For me, it is the perfect last title. All the authors in the series hope that your reading experience left you satisfied. With romance and intimate behaviors, we all work to have the reader connected to the characters and the story. While each author has written in different genres, the stories they’ve created tap into the magic of sexuality with the cards. Leonora’s story toys with us, literally and figuratively. Let’s meet her.

Leonora, who are you as a writer?

I would like to think I am still evolving as a writer, first of all. Generally I am always drawn to romance. I love the dynamic that it creates and the dynamic it requires between two people. You can have very interesting dynamics between people, but once you bring love and sex into it that is a completely different animal.

How did you decide to participate in the Cards of Passion Series?

You asked me and it was completely The Titanic scene, I jump, you jump! There was never a question for me since we had worked together before–and Mischa was involved too. I was excited about the concept of the Cards of Passion. I really have enjoyed the experience of working with you and the other authors and creating the story I did.

What was your process for coming up with your story?

I really wanted to be serendipitous about selecting my card. So I turned them face down and shuffled them. As soon as I saw my card, I had a visual of the first two chapters. Which is also as close to an outline as I get because I am a true pantser!

Leonora, tease us and tell us about your story, Satisfaction Guaranteed.

My main lady has a sex tech malfunction in the shower after a really steamy video call with her boyfriend and goes to a sex shop to replace it with a new one. Lux works with sex toys, so she is not a novice, but she learns a great deal in the shop she goes into–it opens her to a whole new world! Every moment of her journey is sensual and erotic with others or herself.

What are your future plans-events, new books, other?

I actually have a novella coming out on October 18. It is called Big Bad Wolf II–I revisit the characters from Big Bad Wolf I! The proceeds go to the NY Wolf Conservation Center. I also write for different websites, but primarily on my blog and Medium.
